Light demolition runs in two parts — a demo labor base rate plus debris removal by trailer volume. Scope, materials, and access set the number, confirmed on site before any work starts.
- Base labor rates start at $250
Heavy debris like tile, brick, concrete, or soaked material may carry a surcharge starting at $75.
